Braining is a clinical innovation developed within the Affective units at Psychiatry Southwest in the Stockholm Region.

With support from Centrum för Psykiatriforskning (CPF), Development & Implementation unit, Braining is being disseminated and researched within psychiatric outpatient care in the Stockholm Region. The research studies examine these areas, linked to Braining:

• Amount of physical activity, health and experiences in patients

• Amount of physical activity and occupational health among staff

• Implementation of the method

• Health economics
